摘要
磁性磨粒的导磁性能是计算研磨压力、影响研磨效果和效率的重要参数,在生产实际中常常需要定量分析,为磁场发生装置的设计和磁性磨粒的选用提供依据。基于此,提出了一种利用数字存储示波器测量磁性磨粒导磁性能的方法;这种方法既简单易行,又快速直观。
Magnetic property of the magnetic particles is one of the most important parameters in calculatation of abrasive grinding pressure and finishing effectiveness. To provide the basis for magnetic devices in the design and the magnetic particles, the quantitative analysis is often required in the production practice. Based on this, a method is proposed to measure the magnetic properties of magnetic particles with a digital storage oscilloscope. This method is simple, fast and visual.
