具有内置导热柱体感温包的传热性能数值分析

摘要 采用SIMPLEC方法,对感温包内介质的传热与流动进行了数值研究,求解了同心圆柱形成的封闭空腔中自然对流的流固耦合问题,分析了径比、高度比等参数对空腔中介质流动与传热及阀门动态响应的影响,研究结果对优化设计感温包有重要意义. With SIMPLEC method, the heat transfer and the few of a medium in a temperature sensing packet is investigated numerically, and the liquid solid coupling of natural convection in an enclosed cavity formed by concentric cylinders of different heights, seldom studied elsewhere, is dealt with. The effect of the ratios of diameters and heights of the cylinders on the heat transfer and the medium flow in the cavity as well as on the dynamic response of the valves are discussed. Some criteria for the design optimization of the temperature sensing packet are proposed.
