摘要
大鼠颈外静脉插管注入脑垂体后叶素（０．５Ｕ／ｋｇ）及心得安（５ｍｇ／ｋｇ）后，心电图出现ＳＴ段抬高、Ｔ波升高、心率加快、ＱＲＳ波峰降低等异常改变。红景天胶囊能有效防止实验动物心电图的上述改变，提示该药对急性心肌缺血合并心衰有一定的预防作用。
After posterior pituitary hormone(05U/kg)and propanolol(5mg/kg)were injected through external jugular vein cannula in rats,abnormal ECG changes appeared,which included raised ST segment,peaked T wave,accelerated heart rate,depressed QRS spike.Hongjingtian Capsule could effectively prevent the abovementioned ECG changes in experimental animals,which suggested that the capsule had preventive effect on the acute myocardial ischemia with heart failure.
