摘要
牙外伤是口腔科中常见的急诊病种，可靠的固定技术是治疗牙外伤的关键。现代的牙外伤固定技术利用酸蚀后釉质-树脂之间的黏接特性，对外伤牙进行弹性固定，促进患牙的牙髓、牙周组织的恢复。目前的牙外伤黏接固定装置包括钢丝-树脂黏接固定夹板、正畸固定装置、专用黏接钛板、玻璃纤维夹板等，其固定外伤牙的效果在实验室研究及临床应用中都获得了肯定，正在逐渐取代传统的钢丝结扎夹板固定技术。
Tooth injury is common emergent disease in the stomatological department, the dependable fix technique is the key to treat tooth injury. The modem fix technique for tooth injury utilize splicing character between adamant and resin, use elastic fixation for external injury tooth, promote the recover of dental nucleus and dental capsule in trouble tooth. At present, the locking device of tooth trauma include stabilization splint of steel-wire and resin, ortho-odd fix device, titanium special bond,fibreglass splint and so on,the effect of fixing eternal injury tooth in lab study and clinic application gain affirmation, gradually displace the fix technique of orthodox steel-wire bonding splint.
