摘要
模拟法庭教学是一种具有较强操作性的实践教学法,它对于培养大学生的法律思维能力、解决法律问题的能力、创新能力以及组织协调能力有着不可替代的作用。模拟法庭教学包括庭前准备、庭审过程、庭后总结等阶段,教师的指导和点评是有效开展模拟法庭教学活动的保障。
Simulated court teaching is a practical teaching method which has strong operability. It has a non--substitutive function in cultivating legal ideation, legal problem--solving ability, innovation, organizing and harmonizing ability of the undergraduate. Simulated court teaching includes preparation, holding a hearing and conclusion. Teacher guidance and remark is a guarantee of developing simulated court teaching activities effectively.
