超声胫骨质量测定——一种新型骨密度评价方法 被引量:4

摘要 本文应用Sounscan2000型超声骨质量测定仪对134例妇女右下肢胫骨超声波传播速度进行测定,结果显示:绝经前105例,绝经后29例,随着年龄的增加胫骨中超声波传播速度逐渐降低;绝经前后比较发现绝经后妇女胫骨中超声波传播速度明显低于绝经前妇女(P<0.05)。提示超声胫骨中传播速度的测定对了解妇女骨质量有一定的临床价值。 The sonographic velocity in right tibia in 134 women,which included 24-79 years old,were assessed by Sounscsn 2000 instrument.The results showed:the more decreasing of sonographic velocity in right tibia,the more increasing of age;there were significantly different between post menopausal women and before menopausal women in the sonographic velocity of right tibia (P<005).So it is a better methods for assessing ultrasound velocity of right tibia to assay bone density.
