摘要
近年来,因大学生、研究生甚至博士生自杀,引发的起诉高校的赔偿案件逐年上升。学生自杀而引发的纠纷受到社会的过分关注,影响已经超出学校范围,演变为一个社会问题;不仅给学生、家长和家庭带来不幸和痛苦,而且给教师、学校和教育行政部门造成了管理上的困惑和不安,也制约了学校的可持续发展。如何积极预防、妥善处理学生自杀也就成为学校的法律事务中的一个最重要的问题,也是学校发展过程中必须认真对待和亟待解决的问题。
In recent years, there are more and more compensation cases against colleges where college students and postgraduates commit suicides. The issues brought by the student suicudes are concerned by the whole society. The influences exceed schools and become a social problem. Students committing suicides not only bring misfortunes and agonies to themselves, parents and families, but also bring perplexities to the teachers, schools and education political departments. This phenomany restricts the sustained development of the colleges. So how to prevent and deal with this problem is the most important thing in the school legal matters. Schools must treat it seriously and solve this problem in the process of development.
