摘要
作者在总结、剖析股份合作制企业的实践效果与经验、地勘单位及队办企业在体制、机制、结构和管理等方面存在的问题的基础上，认为在队办企业中推行股份合作制适合实际情况，有利于队办企业的发展。
Abstract:On the basis of summarizing analysing the practice effect, experience and existing problems in the fields of system, mechanism and management as geological prospecting units or team setting up enterprise, author considers carrying out share cooperative system is fit for practical situation and also benefical to the development of enterprises set up by geological prospecting team. The paper gives a detailed discussion on some problems should be noticed in operation of carrying out reform of share cooperative system.
