摘要
校园网在高校的迅速普及应用给高校师生的学习和工作带来极大的便利,同时也引发了校园网络传播伦理问题,作为育人的重要阵地,高校应当针对用户群特点采取加强伦理道德教育、提高管理人员综合素质、完善管理制度等措施来弥补相关法律建设滞后带来的问题。
The rapid popularization and wide application of the intemet on college campus brought great convenience as well as triggering the ethic problems of campus network communication. As the most important talents-cultivated system, colleges are supposed to take into consideration the characteristics of the intemet clients and accordingly enhance ethical education, improve the integrated qualities of the administrators as well as perfect the administration system to make up for the problems caused by the sluggish construction of the law.
