摘要
为解除环氧乙烷装置中聚合物料垢,保障生产正常运行,通过环氧乙烷的生产工艺、特性、聚合物料垢产生的机理分析,根据实验结果提出了一种复合酸清洗方法,并进行清洗施工,清洗效果良好。
During the operation of ethylene oxide plant, polymer scale will be produced in the pipeline and equipment. In this paper, it introduced that ethylene oxide production process, the characteristics of EO, mechanism of polymer scale, and find out a complex acid cleaning process through the experiment. Moreover the complex acid cleaning process has a significant effect on the cleaning construction.
