摘要
本文运用计量经济学方法得到黑龙江省劳动、资本、技术进步等的要素增长率。并以此对黑龙江省的经济增长方式做了定量描述,从实证分析的角度,考察各种要素投入对经济增长的贡献,衡量改革开放以来各要素在黑龙江省经济增长中的状况和作用,进而描述黑龙江省经济增长方式的现状以及存在的问题,为黑龙江省确定今后加快实现经济增长方式转变的政策提供参考依据。
By use of econometric methods in this paper, we obtain the elements rate of growth including labor, capital , technology and others in Heilongjiang Province and then quantitatively describe the mode of economic growth. From the point of empirical analysis, we examine the contribution of various elements and then we measure the state and effort of all elements from reform and opening up till now. At the same time we describe the status and the existing problems in the mode of economic growth in Heilongjiang Province in order to speed up the realization of economic growth pattern to provide reference in the future.
