摘要
在水温为30±1℃条件下研究了MS-222麻醉剂对不同规格的中华鳖(Pelodiscus sinensis)稚鳖的麻醉效果.研究发现:两种规格的中华鳖稚鳖分别达到不同程度的麻醉状态,其麻醉行为是一个渐变的过程.对于3.50 g^5.20 g和28.50 g^33.50 g两种规格的中华鳖,中度麻醉所需MS-222的剂量分别为1 000 mg/L^1 500 mg/L和2 000 mg/L^3 000 mg/L;需要的药物处理时间分别为215 s^300 s和260 s^325 s;从麻醉中苏醒需要的时间分别为1 005 s^1 470 s和600 s^985s;苏醒后的中华鳖状态良好,形体和行为没有异常现象发生.结果表明:MS-222的麻醉处理适合于对中华鳖进行短时间的称重、测量和研究操作等.
Anesthetic effects of MS-222 were tested at water temperature 30±1℃ on two kinds specifica- tions of Chinese soft-shelled turtles. The results showed that both of two kinds ＇specifications of Chinese softshelled turtles reached different degrees of narcosis. The anaesthetizes behavior is a gradient process. For 3.50 g - 5.20 g and 28.50 g - 33.50 g specification Chinese soft-shelled turtle, dosages needed MS-222 of middle de- gree anaesthesia is 1 000 mg/L -1 500 mg/L and 2 000 mg/L -3 000 mg/L, respectively; The time of nee- ding medicine treatment is 215 s - 3.00 s and 260 s - 325 s, respectively; the time of the revivtication anaestheti- zing is 1 005 s - 1 470 s and 600 s -985 s, respectively, which are fit to measure and study operation in arrest- ing, weighing and mearure in short time. The research indicated that it is feasible for using in MS-222 carried on the anaesthesia to the young Chinese soft-shelled turtle.
