摘要
采用RAPD技术,对秦岭细鳞鲑(Brachymystax lenok)黑河群体和湑水河群体的遗传多样性进行分析。结果显示:黑河群体的多态位点比例为25.8%,群体平均杂合度为0.1782,Shannon多样性指数为0.6520;湑水河的多态位点比例为23.4%,群体平均杂合度为0.1526,Shannon多样性指数为0.05214。黑河群体内各个体之间的遗传相似度度为0.9495,遗传距离为0.0664;湑水河群体内各个体之间的遗传相似度度为0.9549,遗传距离为0.0556;两群体之间的遗传距离为0.0152。
The genetic diversity RAPD in Shaanxi group of Qinhn Brachymystax lenok was analyzed. Results showed that: The proportion of polymorphic loci, mean expected hetrozygosities and Shannon's index of the Heihe River group were 25.8% , 0. 1782 and 0. 6520, respectively, and those of the Xushuihe River group were 23.4% , 0. 1526 and 0. 05214. The genetic similarities of the Heihe River and the Xushuihe River groups were 0. 9495 and 0. 9549, and their genetic distances were 0. 0664 and 0. 0556. The genetic distance between the two groups was 0. 0152.
