摘要
目的:评价64层螺旋CT(MSCT)检测肝血管疾病诊断中的应用价值。方法:29例临床初诊疑为肝血管疾病的患者,行64层MSCT后,对原始数据采用容积再现(VR)、最大密度投影(MIP)、多平面重建(MPR)、曲面重建(CPR)等后处理方法,根据结果来判断MSCT对肝血管疾病的预测价值。结果:29例都能清楚显影肝动脉、肝静脉及门静脉三维图像及病变结论64层螺旋CT肝血管造影,对肝血管疾病的诊断具有重要价值。
AIM: This study is to assess the diagnostic value of 64-slice multislice computed tomography (MSC2;) angiography for vascular liver diseases. METHODS: Twenty-nine patients with a preliminary suspected diagnosis of vascular liver diseases were examined by 64-slice MSCT angiography. The preliminary data were processed and analyzed using various methods, including volume- rendered (VR) reconstruction, maximum intensity projection (MIP), multiplanar reformation (MPR), and curved multiplanar reformation (CPR). The diagnostic value of 64-slice MSCT angiography for vascular liver diseases was assessed based on these analyses.RESULTS: The portal vein, hepatic vein, and hepatic artery were clearly detected by the 64-slice MSCT angiography in twenty-nine patients. CONCLUSION: 64-slice MSCT angiography has an important diagnostic value for vascular liver diseases
