摘要
文化作为一种软权力,已成为影响未来的世界性力量,对文化发展的自觉具有重要的现实意义。从不同的视角来思考,文化发展会有不同的内涵和路径,从科学技术这一实践视角来看,中国文化的发展应与社会实践紧密相联,在实践的基础上寻求质的创新,同时依托于科学技术增强在全球文化交往中的吸引力和辐射力,进一步发挥提升人的素质的功能。
Culture, as soft power, has become a global force affecting the future of the world today and it is of great significance to cultural consciousness. The cultural development has different meanings and approaches from different perspectives of thinking. From practical perspective of science and technology, for example, on the basis of practice, the development of Chinese culture should be closely related with social practice and seek for essencial innovation. Meanwhile, it should enhance attraction and radiation in global cultural exchange and further improve human beings＇ qualities by relying on science and technology.
