摘要
由美国次信贷危机引发的金融风暴仍在全球蔓延,中国经济对外依存度高,金融危机的影响正通过进出口贸易蔓延到我国经济,经济发展相对缓慢的中部地区要想抓住金融危机所带来的机遇,就必须完善科技创新的宏观经济政策,推动产学研合作加快科技成果转化,改变传统经济发展模式,加强区域合作,自主创新打造知名品牌,拉动内需,同时控制环境污染大力发展循环经济,通过科技创新实现中部崛起。
The financial storm which arose by the sub-prime credit crisis of American has been spreading around the world. The influence of financial crisis has been extended to Chinese economy by export and import owing to the high degree of dependence on foreign trade. In order to realize the Rise of Central China by science and technology innovation, the central region in China with slow economic development relatively should take powerful strategies to seize this opportunity. Such as improving maeroeconomic policies in science and technology innovation, and promoting the Industry-Academy-Research cooperation to speed up transformation of scientific and technological achievements. Meanwhile, changing the traditional mode of economic development to enhance regional cooperation, and creating the world well-known brands by self-renovation. At the same time, stimulating domestic demand, and controlling environmental pollution to develop circular economy vigorously as well.
