摘要
通过测定高校体育弱势群体学生经过2学期"情绪调节教学模式"教学实践后身体自尊和心境的变化,研究了"情绪调节教学模式"对体育弱势群体学生身体自尊和心境的影响,并将其与传统的体育教学模式进行了比较。结果表明:经过2学期"情绪调节教学模式"的教学干预,体育弱势群体学生的PSPP总分效果显著(P<0.050),主要表现在运动能力、身体自我价值感、身体状况因子三个方面。2学期后POMS全量表分数、紧张、愤怒、疲劳、抑郁、精力和自尊差异显著(P<0.050)。"情绪调节教学模式"能有效提高和改善体育弱势群体学生身体的自尊水平,降低其心境状态中的消极因素,有利于体育弱势群体学生心境状态的改善和良好的体育锻炼态度的形成和发展。
In order to study the effect of Mood - Regulation PE Teaching Pattern on body Self - esteem and Mood and mental health indexes among inferior group of the College Students, This paper tested the body Self - esteem and Mood and mental health indexes after 2 - times, and compares it with the traditional PE teaching method on the body Self - esteem and Mood and mental. The result shows that: The total sum of PSPP was significantly increased after 2 - times ( p 〈 0.050). All of indexes were changed remarkable after 2 -times(p 〈 0.050). Conclusion: "Mood -Regulation P.E. Teaching Pattern" can facilitate increase or improve the level of the body self - esteem, mood and mental health which is helpful for the inferior group of the College Students to reduce the negative ingredient on mood and mental, improve the mood and mental and develop an effective means to cultivate a positive attitude to PE.
