摘要
在查阅国内外文献资料的基础上,围绕低氧训练中骨骼肌结构、功能、代谢的适应性变化,从分子水平探讨低氧训练诱发的骨骼肌效应的机制,为低氧训练在运动训练实践中的运用提供理论和应用依据。
Reviewing the literatures and analyzing the adaptation of constitution, function and mobilization of skeletal muscle in hypoxia training, the paper approaches the skeletal effect mechanism induced by hypoxic training at molecular level to offer the resource of theory and application for hypbxic training.
