摘要
运用文献资料法、灰色关联分析法,对10名世界优秀男子铅球运动员11项身体素质指标与其铅球运动成绩进行灰色关联分析,对身体素质各子项进行灰色自关联分析,得出影响世界优秀男子铅球运动员成绩的主次身体素质指标因素及各个子因素之间的关系,最后对铅球运动员的身体素质训练提出了相应的建议,旨在进一步提高铅球投掷运动科学化训练水平,缩短我国与世界优秀男子铅球运动员的差距。
Combined With the methods of literatures, grey relational analysis, the paper analyses the eleven physical qualities and achivements of the ten world＇s elite male shot put athletes, the study indicators the outstanding impact between physical indicators and achievements of women＇s shot put athletes, various elements＇grey relationship, and In the end, the paper gives the corresponding proposals about physical fitness training in the shot put in order to further enhance its level of scientific training, shorten the shot put difference with the world elite female athletes of the country.
