摘要
新疆少数民族传统体育项目多姿多彩、风格独特,具有较强的健身性、娱乐性和观赏性。运用文献资料法和专家访谈法对新疆少数民族传统体育项目进行梳理、分析,提出其现代化发展的思路和对策,以期对新疆少数民族传统体育的发展提供一定的理论依据。
Xinjiang national minority tradition sports events are rich in colorful, unique style, with strong nature of fitness , recreation and worth watching. Utilized the literature material and the field survey procedure carries on the analysis the Xinjiang national minority tradition sports items, proposed that its modernized development＇s mentality and the countermeasure, provide certain theory basis to the development of Xinjiang＇s national minority tradition sports.
