摘要
民主宪政是人类政治文明的重要成果。各国宪政模式的选择与确立无不建基于各国的本土文化传统之上。构建中国特色社会主义民主宪政必须科学对待中国传统文化与西方宪政文化,培育宪政精神,构建宪政文化。
Constitutionalism is the important result of political civilization for mankind. Both the choice and establishment of each country＇s constitutional model are based on local culture and traditions. We need treat Chinese traditional culture and western constitutional culture scientifically to build socialistic eonstitutionalism with Chinese characteristics. We should nurture the constitutional spirit and construct the constitutional culture.
