摘要
和谐发展是我国政府的大政方针,和谐发展亦是责任伦理必须遵循的原则。和谐是和而不同,促进新事物的诞生;发展是合规律、合目的、全面协调的发展。和谐发展将是我国将来生话的基调,和谐发展促进世界和平,促进人类和谐共生。和谐发展既是人类的目的,也是达到共生共存目的的手段。
Harmonious development is not only an important policy in our country,but also a principle that responsibility ethics must adhere to. Harmony means difference as well as peace and it promotes the emergence of new things. Development is a kind of law--abiding,goal- aiming,all- round and coordinate development. Harmonious development lays a foundation for our future life, promotes world peace,accelerates human harmony and overall living. Therefore,it turns out to be a goal for man and a means for overall living.
