摘要
为推行合作医疗提供科学的依据,本文对其相关情况进行了调查。因病致贫已成为农村实现小康的最大障碍,广大农民迫切希望推行合作医疗制度,农村卫生现状与农民需求不适应,存在着卫生资源既短缺又浪费的现象,因此推行合作医疗制度,才是搞好农村卫生工作,提高农民健康水平的最佳途径。
RCMS is the effective way of improving farmers' health condition,the report provided the implementing fou -ndation of RCMS. The factor of diseases accounted for 69% in poor families. Eighty -one percent of the families were willing to attend RCMS. Each person went to see doctors 2. 4 times a year in out -patient department and 0. 89% in wards. The rate of chronic diseases was 4. 5%. The distribution of outpatients was65. 3% in village clinic,21.3% in town hospital,10. 6% in private clinic,1. 6% in city.1. 2% in county hospital. The medical care of a farmer a year involved an expenditure of 75.8 yuan. The survey of bearing ability of medical expense indicated that 66. 2% of the families were below 1000 yuan,22. 2% between 1001 - 2000 yuan, 11. 0% between 2001 - 10000 yuan,and 0. 5% above 10000 yuan.
