摘要
目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定阿苯片中苯巴比妥含量的方法。方法:选用色谱柱KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为醋酸盐缓冲液(pH值为4.5)-甲醇(60∶40);检测波长;254mm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:苯巴比妥在0.08~0.48mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984)。精确度为0.32%。平均回收率为98.63%。结论:本方法简便、快速、结果准确可靠。
Objective: To establish a HELC method for determinating Phenotarbital in Aspirin and Phenotarbital. Methods:Select Kromasil KromasilC18 (250mm×4.6mm,5 μm) ;The mobile phase was consisted of acetate buffer (pH4.5)-methanol (60:40);The detecting wavelength was 254nm;and flow rate was 1.0ml/min,. Results:There is a good linearity in the range of 0. 08-0. 48mg/ml of Captopril (r=0. 9984). The defintion precision is 0. 32%.The average recovery of Captopril is 98. 63%. Conclusion:The method is simple, rapid and the result is accurate and reliable.
