摘要
目的:建立一种用高效液相色谱法测定阿苯片中苯巴比妥含量的方法。方法:选用色谱柱KromasilC18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm);流动相为醋酸盐缓冲液(pH值为4.5)-甲醇(60∶40);检测波长;254mm;流速:1.0ml/min。结果:苯巴比妥在0.08～0.48mg/ml浓度范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9984)。精确度为0.32%。平均回收率为98.63%。结论:本方法简便、快速、结果准确可靠。
Objective： To establish a HELC method for determinating Phenotarbital in Aspirin and Phenotarbital. Methods：Select Kromasil KromasilC18 （250mm×4.6mm,5 μm） ;The mobile phase was consisted of acetate buffer （pH4.5）-methanol （60：40）;The detecting wavelength was 254nm;and flow rate was 1.0ml/min,. Results：There is a good linearity in the range of 0. 08-0. 48mg/ml of Captopril （r=0. 9984）. The defintion precision is 0. 32%.The average recovery of Captopril is 98. 63%. Conclusion：The method is simple, rapid and the result is accurate and reliable.
