摘要
目的:观察透刺为主治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病的疗效。方法:将颞下颌关节紊乱病患者74例随机分为两组,分别采用透刺治疗:取患侧上关穴垂直进针然后斜向下透过颧弓,到达下关处,然后取太阳穴斜向下透过颧弓,刺向颊车和普通针刺治疗:取上关、下关、颊车、太阳穴等进行治疗,并对两组结果进行比较。结果:治疗组总有效率为97.61%,对照组总有效率为84.37%,两组总有效率经χ2检验,P<0.05,有显著性差异。结论:透刺为主治疗颞下颌关节紊乱病具有良好疗效,值得推广。
Objective：To observe the curative effect of Point-through-point Acupuncture treatment for Temporomandibuar disorders. Methods：74 Temporomandibuar disorders patients were randomly divided into two groups. The therapy group acupuncture Shang-guan Point throuth the Zygomatic Arch to the Xia-guan Point,then acupuncture the Tai-yang Point throuth the Zygomatic Arch and acupuncture the Jia-Che Point. The control group acupuncture the Shang-guan Point, Xia-guan Point, Tai-yang Point, JiaChe Point and the curative effect were observed. Results ：The effective rate of the therapy group is 97.61% ,the control group is 84. 37. There was a statistically significant difference in effect between the two groups by X^2 testing,P 〈 0. 05. Conclusion：Pointthrough-point Acupuncture treatment for Temporomandibuar disorders have a better curative effect.
