摘要
综述了近年来刺五加组织培养的研究现状,从外植体、培养基、植物激素和碳源方面,总结了影响刺五加植株再生体系的主要因素,提出了刺五加组织培养与植株再生过程中存在的问题与展望,为刺五加植株再生体系的建立提供参考。
The study of tissue culture of Acanthopanax senticosus in recent years were reviewed in this paper,the diverse factors influenced Acanthopanax senticosus regeneration were summarized, including explants, medium, auxin, sucrose. Meanwhile, the problem and prospect for tissue culture and regeneration of Acanthopanax senticosus were discussed, which would provide a guidance for establishing of Acanthopanax senticosus regeneration system.
