摘要
为观察含锗药物9443的放射增敏作用，以小鼠实体肿瘤LA－795肺腺癌研究了9443的放射增敏效果。采用肿瘤生长延缓法评价，测得平均放射增敏比为1．2，药物LD50毒性为5000mg／kg体重。
The radiosensitizing effect of 9443, a compound containing germanium, was investigated and assessed by using tumor growth delay assay. The results showed that the average SER (Sensitizing Enhancement Ratio) of 9443 was 1.2. The LD50 of 9443 was 5000 mg/kg.
