精囊功能评价及调控研究概况 被引量：4

摘要 精囊的功能与男性生殖活动关系密切,评价精囊的功能状态的方法有计算精浆果糖(矫正果糖、真实矫正果糖)浓度,检测精囊分泌的特异蛋白质如MHS-5、蛋白C抑制物,以及影像学方法,包括经直肠超声(TRUS)、磁共振成像(MRI)等。此外,精囊内压力即精囊的饱胀程度或许也可作为评价指标。精囊的功能受多种因素的调控,包括性激素、神经调控及微量元素的调节。作者就精囊功能的评价及调控研究做一综述。
