摘要
本文介绍高坝泄洪消能空中挑射水流流速研究的目的和意义；介绍作者对挑射水流流量方法的选择，对量测仪器研制的经验和成果，包括测速原理、仪器方框图、电原理图及对测流计算机软件的要求等。此项研究成果为研究挑射水流运行规律提供了测试手段，填补了国内外这方面技术的空白。
おhis paper presents the study purpose and meaning of the high-dam flood-relief energy-dissipation aerial water-jet nappe flow velocity; it introduces the authors′ choices for the aeroal water jet nappe flow velocity measuring method, and the experince and results achieved in the development of the measuring instrument, it which involve the velocity measuring principle, the instrument block diagram, the instrument electronic circuits and the requirements for the velocity measurement computer soft wire. The research result offers the measuring means for the study of the aerial water jet nappe flowing rules. It fills a gap in this technology field in the world.
