摘要
工程造价全过程跟踪审核是建设项目投资控制的重要手段之一,也是工程造价由静态控制向动态控制的转变,在实际工作中取得了明显的经济效益和社会效益。通过分析全过程跟踪审核的特点,进一步探讨跟踪审核在实际工程中对造价控制的应用,为达到审核预期效果,提高工程建设资金使用效益发挥积极作用。
The whole process tracking audit is an important way for construction project investment control, and also a change from static control to dynamic control, which can obtain obvious economic and social efficiency. Through the analysis of the characteristic of whole process tracking audit, this article deeply discussed the tracking audit method in engineering practice.
