摘要
研究了在SolidWorks平台上进行齿轮机构运动分析与仿真的方法。以COSMO-SMotion模块为基础,对齿轮机构进行三维模型的参数化设计,完成虚拟装配,实现了齿轮机构的建模、参数设计和分析仿真的自动化,保证了零件设计的正确性,提高了整体设计效率、精度以及直观性。
The method of kinematics analysis and simulation of the gear mechanism on the SolidWorks platform is studied based on COSMOS Motion modle. It designs the parameters of 3D model of gear mechanism,completes a virtual assembly,the gear mechanism of modeling, and simulation and analysis of the design parameters can be realized automatically. Guarantee the correctness of the part design. Improved the overall design efficiency and accuracy, as well as intuitiveness.
