机械球磨法制备CNTs/Al复合粉末的工艺过程研究 被引量:4

摘要 研究了用机械球磨法制备CNTs/Al复合粉末的工艺过程,分别选用不锈钢球、玛瑙球和氧化锆球在干磨和湿磨(乙醇介质)两种情况下进行球磨,研究了磨球材质对CNTs颗粒在Al基中分布均匀性的影响。结果表明:干磨有利于碳纳米管的断裂与分散;不同材质的磨球所获得的混合粉形态有很大差异,用玛瑙球可以获得最理想的分散效果。 The CNTs/AI nano-composite was prepared by powder metallurgy method. The ball milling with steel ball, agate ball and zirconia ball was carried out under the dry and wet (ethanol medium) condition. The effect of different ball on homogeneous distributing of nano-sized CNTs particle in A1 matrix was investigated. The results show that dry milling contributes to the fi'acture and dispersion of carbon nano-tubes. The conformation of mixture has a significant difference for these three sorts of ball. The homogenous fine mixed powder will be obtained for agate ball.
