摘要
用传感器、ＰＣ机和ＰＣ总线模板组成专用系统，运用正交设计的方法确定具有热风室的强迫通风箱式电阻炉各导风板的最优开启幅度，与传统的经验调整方法相比，可大幅度改善其均温效果。
Sensors, PC and PC bus modules are used to compose a system for modulating the air slide valves of furnace with the help of orthonormal design method. There is a independent chamber to set electric heat elements in the furnace and forced air circulation is used to make the temperature well distributed. With the new method temperature in the furnace is much more uniform than with old methods. [WT5”HZ〗
