摘要
详细介绍了金刚石绳锯机实验样机的总体设计,并对其关键部件锯弓板进行了有限元建模与分析,得到了应力和位移分布云图,利用分析结果指导设计,提高了锯弓板设计的效率和可靠性。完成了实验样机切割单层海底油气管道的试验,试验表明:设计的实验样机结构是合理的,基本性能指标满足要求,证明金刚石串珠绳能够进行多种材料的切割,为水下金刚石绳锯机工程样机的制造奠定了实践基础。
The whole structure of diamond wire saw test prototype was expatiated. Its key part of saw cambered plate was mod- eled and analysed with the finite element, stress and displacement contours were obtained. The saw cambered plate was designed based on the analysis result, which improves the efficiency and reliably of saw cambered plate. The test of diamond wire saw cutting monolayer pipeline shows the test prototype structure is appropriate, the basic performance index satisfies request, and diamond string bead wire could cat more materials.
