摘要
从电力系统谐波、电网污染和综合治理的工程实际问题出发，通过对国内外发展动态的分析和对当前普遍关注的研究课题的综述，探讨了综合治理谐波的规律与方法。
By analyzing power system harmonics, harmonics pollution and its comprehensive control in practical applications,the author overviews the research direction of this topic being concerned home and abroad ,the rule and method for controlling harmonics comprehensively are discussed and some proposals are suggested .
