摘要
文章介绍了我国印制电路行业三废污染治理现状,分析了现有三废治理存在问题和矛盾,提出了以PCB企业为主体的创新价值链的系统解决方案。
The article introduces the current situation of the PCB industry＇s pollution of Three Wastes and analyzes the existing problems and conflicts.Forthermore,it proposes a systematic solution for creative profit-chain of PCBi ienterprises as the main body.
