Effect of shear fields on internal structure of the highly concentrated suspensions

摘要 研究了超浓悬浮体系的流变性质,发现在类似"临界凝胶点"的临界浓度附近出现从类液态向类固态的突变,表明体系出现完整的内部结构。触变环流变实验表明,内部结构发生了破坏和重建,与剪切速率、观测时间和松弛时间有依赖关系。采用结构化网络模型可准确描述体系的触变特性。 The rheological behavior of highly concentrated suspensions was investigated. The results show a mutation from liquid-like state to solid-like state occurs ,which means that there exists an intact internal structure. The thixotropy study of the slurries internal structure under the transient shear fields indicates that the break-up and reconstruction occur in interior structure depending on the shear rate,observation time and relaxation time. By using a structural model to describe the thixotropy of the slurri~, good predictions can be attained.
