摘要
介绍柳江“９６．７”暴雨洪水的灾害情况及流域概况，并从天气、暴雨、水情、洪水汇流等几个方面分析暴雨的成因，指出“９６．７”特大洪水的发生，除自然因素外，人为因素致关重要。
The author introduced the disaster condition of the “96.7” storm flood and the basin general situation of the Liujiang river .He analysed the storm genesis from several factors such as weather,storm,water regime and flood, and also pointed out that not only the nature factors,but also the manmade factors are the causes of “96.7” storm flood production.
