摘要
目的探讨带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部肿瘤切除后组织缺损的方法及疗效。方法对采用胸大肌皮瓣即刻修复22例口腔颌面部肿瘤切除后大型组织缺损的临床资料进行回顾性分析,探讨带蒂胸大肌皮瓣修复口腔颌面部缺损过程中应注意的事项。结果22例胸大肌皮瓣受血供、感染、手术操作、年龄、性别及全身因素的影响。22例中19例完全成活,2例部分成活,1例失败,完全成活率为86.4%。结论手术操作、术后护理、年龄、性别及全身因素是影响胸大肌皮瓣成功的重要因素。
Objective To explore the method and the effect of pedicle pectoralis major myocutaneous flap restoring maxillofacial post - operative defect of tumor. Method 22 cases of pectoralis major myocutaneous flap restoration for large maxillofacial defect postoperation of tumor were restrospectively analyzed to find the key points about the operation. Result Influenced by blood supply, infection, operative skill, age, sex and general condition, 19 cases out of 22 cases were completely successful,2 cases partly successful, and one case a failure with achievement ratio of 86.4% . Conclusion The operative skill, postoperative care, age, sex and general condition are important points in achievement of pectoralis major myocutaneous flaps.
