摘要 目的观察7-苄氧白杨素的毒性,为评价其毒性等级以及拟定临床安全剂量提供依据。方法采用急性毒性实验方法,以1次大剂量给小白鼠灌胃7-苄氧白杨素,连续观察小鼠行为活动等指标和毒性反应程度,并在实验结束时处死小白鼠进行剖检,以获得7-苄氧白杨素初步毒性资料。结果实验连续观察14天,小鼠无明显行为异常,也未出现死亡,求不出LD50。结论本实验设定的最高剂量500 mg/kg及其以下剂量对小白鼠均无明显毒性作用,提示在临床和药理实验上应用7-苄氧白杨素是安全的。 Objective To obtain the original toxic materials and evaluate the toxic grade and decide clinical safe dose, we observed the response and extension of the acute toxicity that 5 - hydroxy - 7 - benzyloxychrysin ( 7 - HBC ) induced the mouse. Methods Sixty mature healthy mice were randomly divided into 6 groups. After 7 - HBC was administered by pouring it into stomach for 14 days, a series of indexes : symptom, sign, diet and excrement of the mice were observed. All mice were put to death at the end of experiment and abnormalities were examined. Result 7 - HBC with the biggest dose (500 mg/kg) and below the dose had no obvious toxic response to the mouse. Conclusion 7 - HBC at and under the close of 500 mg/kg is safe in clinical application and pharmacology study test.
