摘要
为了实现海底取样钻机的远程遥控控制,提出了以RS485作为远程数据通讯方式,来实现船上设备和海底钻机之间的控制命令和工作参数的传输;以单片机为控制核心,来实现振动器频率的调整和电磁阀的控制等.介绍了海底取样钻机控制系统的总体方案,硬件控制电路,以及相关软件的设计.
In order to carry out a remote controlling of the subsea sampling, provide a communicating method which is based on RS485 to complete the communication between the onboard e- quipment and the subsea sampling rill; and provide a controlling method which is micro - computer to complete the adjustment of the frequency of the vibrator and the controlling of electromagnetic valve. It introduces the holistic design,and the design of hardware circuit and software.
