摘要
目的探讨各种类型肛瘘诊治方法。方法本组是2002年9月～2005年9月间我科收治患者160例,均采取外科手术方法治疗且均随访2年。结果本组病例中低位肛瘘110例采用切缝内口引流术,高位肛瘘50例则采取切开挂线术,均治愈。前者复发2例,后者一例。术后平均住院时间2～8天。结论关键是分清肛瘘类型,合理选择术式。
Objective To explore the methods of diagnosis and treatment of anal fistula. Methods Between September 2002 to September 2005, 160 cases of anal fistula were followed up for at least 2 years and given different treatment. Results In the cases, 110 cases of low anal fistula were cured by incision-suture plus internal opening drainage with2 recurred; 50 cases of high anal fistula were treated by incision and thread drawing with 1 recurred, The average length of stay in hospital is 2.8 days. Conclusion The key is to distinguish the type of anal fistula and to choice the ideal surgical procedures.
