摘要
简述了生产工艺对滑动水口的动作要求;对照液压原理图分析连铸滑动水口液压系统的特点和工作原理。针对系统的不稳定性进行改进并总结了该系统的一些维护措施。
This paper introduced the movements of Slide-gate decided by the process requirement,and then analyzed the characteristics and principia of hydraulics system of CCM Slide -gate unit illustrating with schemes.The system whose instability had been aimed up was renovated.Some maintenance methods were summed up.
