摘要
目的:本文对刚察(3300m)、甘德(4080m)及西宁(2260m)三个不同海拔地区进行了健康人红细胞免疫功能检测;方法:郭峰法,红细胞C3b受体花环和红细胞免疫复合物花环试验;结果:红细胞C3b受体花环率甘德低于刚察、而刚察又低于西宁,P<0.001和<0.05,有显著性差异;结论:作者认为高原低氧、低气压影响红细胞免疫功能,C3b受体活性降低,海拔越高,降低越明显。
To study the changes on immune function of RBC at different altilude. Methods:Immune function of RBC in health subjects were examined in Gangca (3300m), Gande (4080m) and Xining(2260m)separately by performing the Guofeng's RCHA and RICA test. Results: The RCHA was lower in Gande than that in Gangca (P<0.001 ) and the level of RCHA in Ganca lowed to in Xining(P<0.05). Conclusions:The immune function of RBC and action of RCHA at high altitude are attenuated with a higher altitude due to hypoixa and hypobaric air.
