新型缓释LNG-Cu-IUD在人体外及体内的药物释放研究

摘要 目的:主要检测铜药复合型IUDs中LNG在体内外长期释放的稳定性。方法:在体外释放介质中连续测定药物释放一年,测得平均日释放量为6.23±0.22μg。在稳态释放阶段药物释放速率是一个常数。铜材溶蚀对药物释放没有影响。21名带器30天至540天的志愿受试者,经节育器LNG残留量分析。结果:在稳态释放阶段平均日释放量为6.98±1.94μg/day,与体外LNG释放特征基本相同。结论:释放率检验证明节育器中LNG在体内外的释放率是稳定的,符合设计要求。 Objective:The purpose to determine stability of LNG releasing of LNG-Cu-IUD in vivo and in vitro Methods:The average releasing rate of LNG at medium for a year was 623±022ug/day During steady releasing state,releasing rate of LNG was a constant Corrosion of copper from devices did not interfere drug releasing 21 of volunteers were involved in this study for 540 days By the method of remnant LNG analysis, the average steady state releasing rate per day was 698ug/day±194ugResults: The characteristics of drug releasing were similar in vivo and in vitro Conclusions:It is concluded that the releasing rate of LNG in vivo and in vitro is stable and accords with demands of experimental design
