摘要
从知识服务的概念和特征出发,论述了知识服务与信息服务的关系以及图书馆实行知识服务的必然性和可行性,并对图书馆如何开展知识服务提出了几点建议。
Starting from the concepts and features of the knowledge-based service, this paper discusses the relationship between the knowledge-based service and the information service and the inevitability and feasibility of carrying out the knowledge-based service by the library, and puts forward some suggestions on how the library to develop the knowledge- based service.
