介绍了美国企业文化的特点和中国企业文化的特点,论述了中美文化的差异对两国企业的影响,提出了中美企业文化差异整合的措施。
This paper introduces the features of American enterprise culture and Chinese enterprise culture, discusses the influence of the differences of Amarican culture and Chinese culture on the enterprises of the two countries, and puts forward some measures for integrating the differences of Chinese and American enterprise culture.
