摘要
针对当前的时代特征和发展形势,结合广州市越秀区图书馆、苏州图书馆等国内公共图书馆近年来的工作发展,探究了公共图书馆通过环境气氛的营造、关怀弱势人群、创新读者活动、拓展服务内容等途径开创读者服务工作新局面的思路。
Aiming at the characteristic and development situation of modern times and connecting with the recent WOrK development of some domestic public libraries such as Guangzhou Yuexiu District Library and Suzhou Library and so on, this paper explores the new idea for creating the new situation of the service for readers by the public library through establishing the environmental atmosphere, taking care of the vulnerable groups, innovating the readers＇ activity, and expanding the contents of the service, etc.
