摘要
用煤矸石部分替代水泥制作预拌砂浆,可利用固体废弃物,降低成本,为保证掺加煤矸石后的砂浆各项指标达到标准要求,实验研究了煤矸石掺量大于30%时,对砂浆稠度、分层度、凝结时间、强度等性能的影响,总结规律,分析原因,并通过添加蔗糖、激发剂等外加剂,有效弥补了大掺量煤矸石的加入所引起的砂浆性能的下降。
From the development of building industry at home and abroad we can see that the developing trend of building material must be ready-mixed mortar. When partial substitution of coal gangue for cement in blentting mortar, which not only used the waste material to reduce cost, but also reached indexes of ready-mixed mortar. In this paper we mainly studied the effect of mixing amount of coal gangue (more than 30%)on the performance of mortar, such as consistence, segregation degree, setting time, strength.
