摘要
97例患者随机分为穴位注射组 (31例 )、穴位贴敷组 (35例 )、穴位注射加贴敷组 (31例 )进行临床观察。结果穴位注射组与穴位贴敷组疗效相似 (P>0 .0 5 ) ,而穴位注射加贴敷组疗效明显优于单纯穴位注射组及穴位贴敷组 (P<0 .0 5 )。由此说明 ,穴位注射加贴敷这一综合疗法治疗乳腺增生病具有效佳、副作用小、取穴少、疗程短等优点。此外还证实这一疗法对卵巢激素有一定的影响。
cases of hyperplasia of mammary glands were randomly assigned to acupoint- injuction group( 31 cases) ,acupoint- application group ( 35cases) and acupoint- injuction plus application group( 31cases) and clinical observation was made.Results indicated that the curative effect in the acupoint- injuction group and the acupoint- application group was similar( P>0 .0 5) , and in the acupoint- injuction plus application group was significantly superior to that in the acupoint- injuction and the acupoint- application group( P<0 .0 5) respectively.It is suggested that the combined treatment of mammary hyperplasia with acupoint- injuction plus application is of advantiges of better therapeutic effect,less side effects,less points selected,shorter therapeutic course,etc.Additionally, it is proved that the therapy has a certain effect on hormones in the ovary.
